From the outside, you may look like you are managing everything.
But inside, it may feel like this:

You replay conversationsand wonder if you said something wrong.

You say yes when you want to say nobecause saying no feels harder.

You question your own feelingsand wait for someone else to tell you they are valid.

You feel guilty for choosing yourselfeven in the smallest ways.

You keep adjusting to everyoneuntil you no longer know what you want.

You feel tired in a way sleep does not fixand you cannot explain why.
If this feels familiar, it does not mean something is wrong with you. You may have spent so long listening to everyone else that listening to yourself no longer feels natural.

Most women say some version of this.
- “I don't know who I am anymore.”
- “I always put everyone else first.”
- “I don't know why I react this way.”
- “I feel guilty when I choose myself.”
- “I just want peace.”
If you read one of those and paused, you are in the right place.
The pain may not only be what is happening around you.
It may also be how often you leave yourself while trying to hold everything together.
This can look like staying quiet to keep the peace, ignoring a need because it may disappoint someone, or asking everyone else what to do before trusting your own experience.
The first step is not becoming stronger. It is turning towards what you feel with curiosity, and letting it make sense to you.
Your emotions are not the enemy. They may be carrying a message you have not had the space to hear.
- You feel something
- you question it
- you silence it
- you adjust yourself
- you feel even further away from who you are
What shifts when you understand yourself
Nothing dramatic happens. The questions in your head simply begin to change.

- “What will they think?”
- “Am I wrong?”
- “Should I even say this?”
- “Am I being selfish?”
- “Will they get upset with me?”

- “What am I actually feeling?”
- “Why do I react this way?”
- “What do I need right now?”
- “What is mine to carry?”
- “What feels true for me?”
You stop asking what will keep everyone else comfortable, and start asking what is true for you.

If you choose to go further
There is a path after the call. You are not committing to it today.
The call is one conversation. For women who want to keep going, I guide a longer one-to-one journey in five phases.
- 1
Connect back to yourself
See where you are right now, and what you have been feeling but not naming.
From confusion to awareness
- 2
Understand how you became you
See the experiences and beliefs that quietly shaped how you respond today.
From self-blame to understanding
- 3
Rebuild the relationship with yourself
Acknowledge the beliefs you picked up to protect yourself, release what no longer serves you, and let a kinder relationship with yourself take their place.
From self-criticism to self-compassion
- 4
Stop leaving yourself in relationships
Care without carrying everyone. Understand your needs, your no, and your guilt.
From people-pleasing to self-trust
- 5
Live an aligned life
Build a rhythm for everyday life that actually feels like you.
From conditioning to conscious living
Whether the longer journey is right for you is something you decide after the call, not before it.
One conversation where you can be completely yourself.
Sixty minutes on Zoom, after work or between things, from wherever you feel comfortable. Nothing to prepare, nothing to perform.

Begin with what feels important
Share the situation, emotion, or pattern that feels heavy right now.
Look beneath the surface
I listen and ask questions that guide you towards what is happening underneath what you are feeling.
Find clarity on what comes next
Sit with what you need next, and see whether the longer one-to-one journey is something you want.
The purpose of the call is not to convince you. The purpose is clarity.

Noticing your emotion is the first step back to yourself.
You have carried these emotions for years. Letting yourself feel them, even once, is where everything begins to soften.
You see what is beneath the overwhelm
The heaviness starts to make sense once you can see what is actually underneath it.
You notice where you leave yourself
Once you feel the moment you silence something in you, the pattern behind it starts to show itself.
You hear what you genuinely need
There is space here for your own voice, separate from everyone else's expectations.
You leave with a next step that fits your week
Not a plan for your whole life. Just the one step that is yours to take now, in the time you actually have.
Is this conversation what you are looking for?
Knowing what this conversation is — and what it is not — lets us both use our time well.
This may be for you if…
- You hold it together at work and at home, and feel far from yourself in both.
- You keep losing yourself in relationships, roles, or other people's expectations.
- You want to understand your emotions rather than keep fighting them.
- You are willing to sit with what you feel and take your own next step.
This may not be for you if…
- You want a quick fix, a guarantee, or someone else to make your decisions.
- You are looking for someone else to change.
- You are looking for diagnosis, therapy, or crisis intervention.
Important: This is a coaching conversation. It is not a replacement for therapy, psychiatric care, medical care, or emergency support.

I created the kind of space I once needed myself.
For years, I struggled with insecurity, self-criticism, and the need for reassurance from outside myself.
After betrayal in my marriage, I reached a point where I was constantly asking for attention, understanding, and proof that what I felt was valid. When I searched outside myself for answers, I often felt judged instead of supported.
My turning point came when I realised that the relationship needing my attention most was the one I had with myself.
I began learning to notice my emotions with curiosity, stay with discomfort, understand my needs, and trust what I felt without waiting for the outside world to approve it.
Today, I do not rush to tell a woman what she should do. I guide her to slow down, understand what is happening within her, and hear her own voice more clearly.

Real stories, real transformations
What people who have worked with Vana say
Words from women and men who have already worked with Vana.
This bootcamp was less of a lecture and more of a much-needed “look in the mirror” intervention. It stripped away the fluff to focus on the psychological barriers between self-trust and action, providing a practical 30-day survival kit rather than just theories.
I came in feeling stuck and overwhelmed, carrying years of self-doubt I didn't even know I had. Vana's gentle yet powerful approach helped me see patterns I'd been repeating my whole life. For the first time, I feel like I'm choosing myself — and it feels right.
As someone who runs a business, I thought I had it all together. But Vana helped me realise that my drive was fuelled by proving myself, not by purpose. Her sessions gave me the clarity to lead from a place of calm instead of chaos.
I always put everyone else first — my kids, my family, their needs. Vana's work reminded me that I matter too. The healing practices she shared are simple but life-changing. I finally feel at peace with who I am, not just what I do for others.
